No, our first meeting is a no cost, no obligation meeting. This applies for initial estimate of construction. After the first meeting, Emerald Mechanical will send an estimate for your acceptance. You will then decide whether or not to proceed with Emerald Mechanical.

WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE I MAKE A CALL OR SET AN APPOINTMENT?

We will need your name, address, and some details on your project. These details can be something like: square-footage of the project, model/serial numbers of current equipment, symptoms of any current problem, what you'd like for a custom installation, and anything else you think will be useful.

Sometimes your problem will need to be seen by a professional but their are a few things you can do before seeking help. The most common problems can be solved by: changing your filter with a new disposable filter, changing the batteries on your thermostat (where applicable), checking the circuit breakers/fuses, and doing regular maintenance (filters and tune-ups).
